Welcome to WeFindFirst. These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using our platform, purchasing credits and accessing end-of-tenancy cleaning enquiries.WeFindFirst is a business-to-business lead generation platform connecting cleaning businesses and self-employed cleaning professionals with potential customers in London.By registering for an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing credits or unlocking leads.
1. About WeFindFirst.
WeFindFirst is an online lead generation platform that connects independent cleaning professionals and cleaning businesses with potential customers seeking end-of-tenancy cleaning services. Our platform currently operates in London and allows registered cleaners to purchase credits to access available cleaning enquiries.
WeFindFirst acts solely as an intermediary between cleaning businesses and potential customers. We do not provide cleaning services, employ the cleaners registered on our platform or participate in agreements made between cleaners and customers. All quotations, bookings, payments and cleaning arrangements are agreed directly between the cleaner and the customer.
2. Account & Platform Use.
To use WeFindFirst, you must be at least 18 years old and operate as a cleaning professional or cleaning business. You must provide accurate registration information, including your name, business details, contact information and UK postcode. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date and maintaining the security of your login details.
Registered cleaners can access cleaning enquiries within a 10-mile radius of their registered postcode. Each lead may be unlocked by a maximum of three cleaners. WeFindFirst reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent activity, misuse of customer information or breaches of these Terms & Conditions.
3. Credits & Lead Access.
WeFindFirst operates on a credit-based system. Registered cleaners must purchase credits to unlock cleaning enquiries. Credit packages are available at the prices displayed on our website. Each lead costs between 8 and 12 credits, depending on the property size and cleaning requirements. The number of credits required will always be displayed before unlocking a lead.
Once a lead is unlocked, the required credits are deducted from your account and the customer's contact details become immediately available. Each lead can be unlocked by a maximum of three cleaners. Purchasing access to a lead does not guarantee a booking, customer response or paid cleaning job. Unused credits are not refundable simply because they are no longer required, subject to applicable law. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further information.
4. User Responsibilities.
Cleaners using WeFindFirst are responsible for contacting customers professionally, providing accurate quotations and arranging cleaning services directly with customers. Cleaners are responsible for their own insurance, qualifications, equipment and compliance with applicable laws. WeFindFirst does not supervise cleaning work or take responsibility for the quality of services provided.
Customer contact information obtained through WeFindFirst must only be used to respond to the relevant cleaning enquiry. Cleaners must not sell, share or misuse customer information, contact customers for unrelated marketing without appropriate consent, or use the platform for fraudulent or misleading purposes. Any misuse may result in account suspension or termination without prejudice to applicable legal rights.
5. General Provisions.
WeFindFirst aims to provide genuine cleaning enquiries and requires customers to verify their mobile phone numbers before their enquiries are published. However, we cannot guarantee that every customer will respond, accept a quotation or proceed with a booking. WeFindFirst is not responsible for disputes, cancellations, payments or agreements between cleaners and customers.
WeFindFirst reserves the right to update its services, pricing, credit requirements and these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Any changes will be published on our website, and significant changes will be communicated where appropriate. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or affects your statutory rights.
